Since 2000, Salve Regina University students, faculty, staff and the community have benefitted from the Rodgers Recreation Center including the Sullivan Fitness Center. The Sullivan Fitness Center is your one stop location for all of your fitness needs on campus. We offer personal training, group training, a variety of programming, testing and recreation aerobic and yoga classes to get you on your way towards a fitter, healthier you. This combination means you have only one place to go to ask questions. We also have YMCA swim passes. So stop by the Sullivan Fitness Center front desk to get signed up.
If you wish to see additions to our offerings please let us know; we are always looking to give you a better experience. We will also be adding offerings throughout the year, as we find instructors, so keep informed to the posted schedule in the fitness center and aerobics room as well as online here. If anyone you know is interested in teaching a class, or you think we should get a specific instructor, get us the information and we will try to make it happen. If you are interested in teaching in the future, stop by - we would like to offer an aerobics instructor certification class to help build our instructor pool.
