How It Happened
- The Fighting Scots scored three times in a 68-second span to jump out to a quick 3-0 lead. In total, seven different Scots found the back of the net en route to a dominant 8-4 first quarter.
- After Gordon's Arthur scored to open the second, Salve netted three unanswered to cut the lead to two at the 8:11 mark. Though Moen stopped the run, the Seahawks went on a 4-0 tear to close out the half and take an 11-10 lead at the break.
- Not even thirty seconds into the third, SRU's Leary added another for his squad to lead by a pair of goals, but Moen and Nate Distasio tied it up at 12 for the Scots with just under seven minutes remaining in the third.
- From there it was all Salve, however, as the Seahawks scored the final four goals of the game to book the four-goal W.
