Senior attack Kaitlin Gillespie (Haddam, Conn.) scored her 100th career goal in a 21-5 victory for the Salve Regina University women's lacrosse team over visiting Nichols College in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action.

This was the 18th meeting between the two teams. The Seahawks now own a 15-3 record in the all-time series and have won three straight now over the Bison.

1 – Salve Regina senior Kaitlin Gillespie - scored five goals to give her 100 in her Seahawks career. She currently ranks 10th all-time in goals scored in program history.
2 – Salve Regina freshman Maddie Villareal (Portsmouth, R.I.) - scored six times.

After back-to-back goals for Mellissa LaFleur (Chicopee, Mass.) and Brooke Marion (South Hadley, Mass.) at 2:49 of the first half to cut the Seahawks early lead down to six goals, 9-3, the Seahawks responded with four straight to close out the frame. Lindsay O'Connell (Danvers, Mass.) brought the deficit under ten with a goal 41 seconds in the second half but six more Seahawks goals put the game away.
- Eight different players scored for the Seahawks, with five multiple goal scorers and hat-tricks for Gillespie, Villareal, and Kline.
- Bridget Newbury (Bridgewater, Mass.) made five saves in net for the Seahawks.
- Emily Eagen (Hingham, Mass.) started the game in net for the Bison, making 13 saves while allowing 13 goals to take the loss before giving way to Molly Sheen (Stevensville, Md.) who stopped four shots in 30 minutes of action.
- It is the fourth time the Seahawks have score 20+ goals in a game this season.
