ASHAWAY, R.I.-- Salve Regina University equestrian began the spring 2-26 season competing in a show hosted by the University of Rhode Island at Hunter Ridge Farm and three Seahawks metaled.

Seahawk performances: 
- Emma Hufford earned silver in Intermediate Flat
- Tamsin Nicholson earned bronze in Open Flat
- Ainslie Hasse earned bronze in Limit fences
- Cheyenne Palermo competed in Introductory
- Alexandra Girard competed in Novice

The Seahawks' next show will be on Saturday, March 14, hosted by Johnson & Wales University at Sunflower Meadows in Tiverton, R.I.
