After supervising a 16-member team in her principal consultant role for nine years, Tully took a path towards college athletics.
"I worked on and off campuses during COVID and have found that my passion is truly in athletics and working with students," says Tully.
During her dozen years with Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire, Tully supervised and managed budgets for several Hawks' varsity teams while contributing to strategic decisions such as capital projects, revenue generation, and budgets for the overall athletic department. The newest Seahawk staff member highlights her budget work while building a comprehensive compliance program at the liberal arts college.
"I was provided the opportunity to work in many facets of athletics while supporting compliance and student-athlete success. I worked with coaches building and managing their budgets."
Tully aided the business processes with improving the distribution of data for retention, graduation rates, demographics, athletic aid and academic success to support NCAA reporting.
"I built bridges with Admission, Financial Aid, Multicultural Center, Academic Advising, and the Academic Dean's office. These experiences helped spread the message of NCAA compliance and its importance to all who were involved with student-athletes."
