Summary
The Salve Regina University women's volleyball team split a pair of matches in Willimantic, Conn., during a tri-match over the weekend. The Seahawks were swept by Keene State (25-17, 25-16, 28-26) in the early match before defeating Eastern Connecticut State (25-17, 25-19, 25-16).

Series and Streaks
This was fifth meeting between Salve Regina and Keene. The Owls own a 5-0 record in the all-time series. It was the 18th meeting between Salve Regina and Eastern Connecticut State. The Warriors still own a 13-5 record in the all-time series.

Salve Regina recorded 15 services aces on the day, 10 coming in the sweep over Eastern Connecticut State.

Turning Point
The Seahawks held a 26-25 lead in the third set, but the Owls sandwiched two kills around a Seahawks error to close out the set and the sweep. Against the Warriors, Salve Regina registered nine blocks, 10 aces, and forced 19 errors to walk away with a 3-0 victory.

Milestone
Salve Regina head coach Lauren Parsons notches her 100th career victory (100-63; .613 in five-plus seasons); she has more than half of the all-time victories in the history of the 16-year program.
