NEWPORT, R.I. - Garrett Sattazahn scored a game-high 24 points and Michael Mackiej provided a late layup and free-throws to help Gordon College edge the Salve Regina University men's basketball team 85-83 in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action.

• Five players scored in double-digits for the Seahawks; Mikey Spencer (23), Ryan St. Clair (16), Declan Walmsley (12), Jojo Powers (11), Vincente Ferrari (11).
• Sattazahn knocked down 9 of 14 shots and made all four of his free-throws to lead all scorers with 24 points.
• Mikey Spencer made a game-high five three pointers.
• Salve Regina trailed by 13 points at halftime and fought back to make it a one point game with three seconds left.
• A single made free-throw from Mackiej followed by a Seahawks turnover helped the Scots seal the game.
