Summary
MIDDLETOWN, R.I. - After falling behind 3-1 the Salve Regina University men's ice hockey team scored three unanswered goals and senior captain George Sennott (North Andover, Mass.) scored his fifth game-winning goal of the season with 39 seconds remaining in overtime for a 4-3 comeback victory over visiting Curry College in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action.

The Colonels still lead the all-time series 28-13-3, however the Seahawks have won the last three meetings to sweep the season series.
Three Stars of the Game
- Salve Regina senior George Sennott assisted on the game-tying goal in the third before burying the game-winner in overtime.
- Salve Regina senior Tyler Carangelo (Hamden, Conn.) jammed in his sixth of the season to tie the game 3-3 late in the third period.
- Salve Regina senior Nicholas Latinovich (Vaugh, Ont.) made 31 saves, five in overtime, to improve to 13-4-2 in net.
Turning Point
The Colonels scored three straight goals to lead 3-1 through two periods. The Seahawks couldn't light the lamp again until Kaiden Kanderka (Red Deer, Alta.) cleaned up a shot from the point to make it 3-2 at 13:08. Shortly afterwards it was Carangelo who again sifted through traffic in front to finish a loose puck and knot the game 3-3.
In overtime both teams traded quality scoring chances, but in the end the Seahawks prevailed with Ethan DeStefani (Bedford, N.H.) was able to find Sennott who roofed home the game-winner.

- Roland Polasek (Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic) made 35 saves in the loss to fall to 3-2-0 between the pipes for the Colonels.
- Mark Zhukov (St. Petersburg, Russia) even the score 1-1 in the first period then Timmy Kent (Parkland, Fla.) and Eelis Laaksonen (Oulu, Finland) notched the only goals of the second period to give the Colonels their 3-1 lead.
