NEWPORT, R.I. -- Salve Regina University women's basketball made 10-of-19 from the floor in the second quarter for 24 points and raced ahead of Worcester State University to finish with an 18-point victory (71-53) in non-league action at the Rodgers Recreation Center on Thursday evening in Newport, Rhode Island.
