PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Salve Regina University women's basketball fell in its season-opener, 94-69, at Johnson & Wales University in non-league action at the Wildcat Center on Friday evening in Providence, Rhode Island. The Seahawks led after the first and second quarters before the Wildcats exploded for 68 points. It marked the first time Johnson & Wales had scored more than 69 points against the Seahawks.
