MIDDLETOWN, Conn. -- Salve Regina University women's basketball rebounded from a Friday night setback to defeat Wesleyan University, 75-63, in the final game of the Courtyard by Marriott Classic hosted by the Cardinals at the Silloway Gymnasium.

Briana Neary (22) led the Seahawks (6-4) who shot over 64 percent in the third quarter and took control by outscoring the Cardinals (4-4) by 10 in the period (26-16).
