Fowler nets 17 for Salve Regina

BABSON PARK, Mass. -- Salve Regina University men's basketball led 20-19 following a Pat Spenard layup before a 15-4 run for host Babson College lifted the Beavers to a double-digit lead and an eventual 84-66 victory in NEWMAC action on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at Staake Gymnasium.

History: Tonight was the 17th all-time meeting on the hardwood between the schools in men's basketball, and third as fellow NEWMAC members. The very first NEWMAC meeting on January 16, 2024, was a 30-point win for the Seahawks (68-38) as the Beavers went 0-for-27 from long range. Babson holds a 13-4 lead in the series.
