ATTLEBORO, Mass. — The Salve Regina University women's cross country and men's cross country teams moved up from last year's finish with a ninth and an eighth place overall finish respectively. 

Juniors Anna Weygang and Isabella hastings finished in the top 19 runners, which awarded them NEWMAC All-Conference.

On the men's side Freshman Cole Smith was the top Seahawk finisher in 51st place out of 110 with a time of 28:18.0. The next to cross the line for the Seahawks was sophomore Justin Ruffler in 29:17.0.
