ASHAWAY, R.I.-- The Salve Regina University Equestrian sophomore athletes led the way at the team's first spring 2025 show to bring the team to a second place finish.

With just three riders competing, the class of 2027 brought home the Seahawks' first second place finish in several years. Both captains Tamsin Nicholson and Emma Hufford tied for reserve high point rider.

Results: 

• Emma Hufford- first place in Limit flat and second place in Intermediate OF. Hufford was the overall reserve high point rider.
• Tamsin Nicholson- first place in Limit OF and second place in Intermediate Flat.
• Brooke Lohle- second place in Introductory.

Salve Regina equestrian will be back at Bluemead Stables on Saturday, March 1.
