NEWPORT, R.I. (Tennis Hall of Fame - March 28, 2026) -- Salve Regina University women's tennis improves to 4-1 all-time against Emerson College after the Seahawks downed the Lions, 5-2, for the second straight year, this time indoors at the Tennis Hall of Fame on Saturday night in Newport.

The Seahawks (3-6, 1-1 NEWMAC) swept the three doubles matches for one point and then took four of six singles, with senior Sadie Rieg (Carlisle, Pa.) rallying for a win in a third-set super tiebreak at sixth singles.
