Salve Regina University

Silberman was a three-sport varsity athlete in high school which included leadership roles in tennis (two-time captain) and baseball (captain). After high school, attended Skagit Valley Community College and competed on varsity baseball team for two years as a pitcher. Graduated with an associate degree in business administration.

Transferred to Salve Regina University in 2021 to initiate a new Data Analytics system, valuing both quantitative and qualitative simultaneously. Sights for post-graduation work are focused on obtaining a job within a Major League Baseball Front Office.

Coach Cirella says "Niall is extremely smart and hardworking as well as thorough. He is a great person too. I was immediately drawn to his passion for the game of baseball as well as his ability to communicate. We are very fortunate to have him heading our analytics for the next two years. There is no doubt he will make a splash in this sport, long after his career at Salve Regina. I see big things in his future."
