Carly Shea graduated from Skidmore College in 2023, where she was a four-year starter and earned recognition on the National Field Hockey Coaches Association All-Academic Team and Liberty League All-Academic Team all four years.

Now residing in Newport, Rhode Island, Shea currently works as the manager of a donor stewardship team at an international development organization focused on advancing equality for girls worldwide.
