Salve Regina University

Eliza Ballaro graduated from Ithaca College in 2026, where she served as a team captain and earned NFHCA First Team All-Region and Liberty League First Team honors her senior year. She started in over 45 games for the Bombers, helping the team win the 2024 Liberty League Championship and make two NCAA Tournament appearances.

Throughout her collegiate career, Ballaro was also recognized on the NFHCA National Academic Squad and the Liberty League All-Academic Team.

Now in her first season as an assistant field hockey coach, Ballaro resides in Newport, Rhode Island, where she is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Exercise Nutrition. She is originally from Keene, New Hampshire.
