Erin Gendreau joins the Seahawks as assistant field hockey coach for the 2024 fall season. Gendreau graduated from Salve Regina University in 2017 and was a four-year starter and served as captain her senior year. She was a two-time CCC All-Conference player and earned recognition for the 2013 National Field Hockey Coaches All-Academic Field Hockey Team.
After graduating she stayed in Rhode Island where she coached the Cumberland High School field hockey team and girls’ lacrosse team, winning coach of the year in 2021 for field hockey along with a state championship. Still residing in East Greenwich, Rhode Island she works as an environmental project manager for the Department of Administration.
