Perry enters his first year at Salve Regina. Perry was hired in March of 2022.

Perry joins the Seahawks after spending one year as the head coach of South Kingstown Girls Volleyball. South Kingstown in the one year under Coach Perry won their first ever state championship. Many of the players on the team received all-state and all-division accolades, including player of the year. Perry himself won Coach of the Year, for the Rebels victorious season.

Prior to being the head coach at South Kingstown, Perry was the assistant at West Warwick for both girls and boys volleyball. Perry helped guide the Wizards to two state championship appearances, and one state championship victory.

Coach Perry has also coached club for South County Juniors Volleyball since 2018. Perry has been a head coach for the 17s and an assistant coach for many other age groups.
