NEWPORT, R.I. - Eastern Nazarene College had four women's basketball players score in double figures to rally past Salve Regina University, 63-54, in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action at the Rodgers Recreation Center.

- Eastern Nazarene senior Jessica Franco (Phoenix, Ariz.) posted a double-double with game highs in points (16) and rebounds (10).
- Eastern Nazarene junior Shelby Holmes (Steely Lake, Mont.) scored 12 points and contributed five assists.
- Salve Regina senior Jillian Woodward (Orono, Maine) scored nine points and led the team in rebounding (seven) in 25 minutes off the bench.

Mary Eden (So. Kingstown, R.I.) and Sam Gisonni (Hopewell Junction, N.Y.) hit back-to-back 3-pointers for Salve Regina and an 11-point lead (5:11 in the second quarter), but Kayla Torio's (Manteca, Calif.) 3-pointer with 4:05 left in the first half began a 29-9 run over a 14:45 stretch for the visitors which included a pair of treys from both Franco and Holmes.
