Summary
NEWPORT, R.I. - Salve Regina University softball won its fifth and sixth straight games with a Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) doubleheader sweep of visiting Wentworth Institute of Technology, 10-2 and 9-1, with both games ending in five innings. The Seahawks (13-8, 8-0 CCC) scored three times in the bottom of the fifth of game two to end the contest early.

- Senior outfielder Lexi Soucie (No. Easton, Mass.) collected two hits, two runs scored, and swiped a pair of bases.
