WORCESTER, Mass. -- (Tuesday, October 22, 2024)-- In the final ten minutes of field hockey action
Julia Decker scored the sole Salve Regina Univeristy goal in a 3-1 loss to NEWMAC combatant Clark University at the Cougars home Granger Field on Tuesday.
Clark's Jenna Beauchain gave the Cougars a 1-0 lead in the final two minutes of quarter one when she received a pass from Cougar teammate Elizabeth Cacciapaglia. It wasn't until the second half that the Cougars once again found the back of the net off a shot from Greer McCarty. Clark recorded one more goal in the third quarter from Alison Kopec before they were done for the night.
