History:Â These programs meet for the ninth time in men's soccer and first time at Toppa Field. This is the second meeting as fellow NEWMAC members. Salve Regina won the first six meetings between 1986 and 1992. Emerson took its only victory in 1994 (2-1 in Boston). Last year, the Seahawks tied 1-1 in Boston at Rotch Field. Salve Regina now leads the all-time series, 7-1-1.
