QUOTABLE SEAHAWKS
BILL LAWLER - HEAD COACH
Really important win. Really big win for us tonight. Our program needed it.
We've been through a tough 10 days going back to our weekend in Maine. All 37 men have. We practiced hard all last week. We also lost a valuable freshman to injury in training last Friday night. It's been a tough week.
These 34 men worked hard. We tightened a few things up. Shifted to a back four and tidied up our defending on counters. Tightened a few things up going into tonight's game - and we're very solid defensively. Throwing a shutout on the backend of leaking some goals up in Maine - that was big tonight.
Great college debut for Adonis Santiago in goal - a nice clean sheet.
Our leaders led us - Evan Arpin, Jordan Borges, Ethan David. Dan Goba continues to play at an All New England level. Brandon Frank and Hunter Schultz whipped a number of balls through the goalmouth. Aaron Muncaster had a massive two way game in the center midfield. Joe Logue continues to be a rock for us. And seniors Danny Bond and Nolun Pina helped salt away the win.
34 guys helped us fill the 11 spots tonight to get Salve the win.
