"Saturday's meet perfectly encapsulated early season New England spring track, with temperatures in the 30s and a steady wind throughout the day," said head women's track and field coach
Andrew Furst. "Despite the conditions, the meet was competitive from start to finish, and the team recorded a number of personal bests and strong showings across multiple events. It was a really encouraging day for the program, and we are looking forward to continuing that momentum at the Ocean State Cup at Bryant University where will be competing against NCAA Division I, II, and III teams from across Rhode Island."
