Danny Rogers (New Canaan, Conn.) and
Grady Schopps (Fairfield, Conn.) have been named to the 2026
ABCA Region 1 All-Defensive Team as an outfielder and shortstop, respectively.

The Seahawk duo represent the only sophomores among the nine-member squad.
"Both Grady and Danny patrolled the middle of the field all season and they are a huge reason we fielded over .970 this year," says head coach
Eric Cirella '05 who surpassed the 350-victory milestone in 2026. "They deserve this award and more for all the work they put in on the defensive side of things."
