CLERMONT, Fla. - Salve Regina University softball defeated Buffalo State, 6-4, behind homeruns from Kara O'Riley (Acton, Mass.)Genevieve Benoit (Swampscott, Mass.), and Amanda Riley (Barrington, N.H.).

Series and Streaks
Salve Regina meets Buffalo State for the first time in any sport other than women's ice hockey (2007), and Bowdoin for the sixth time in softball. The Polar Bears have won all six meetings including the last four seasons in Clermont.
