(April 10, 2022) - Salve Regina University softball swept a Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) doubleheader at Roger Williams University, 4-2 and 11-9, as sophomore Christina Braid (Franklin Lakes, N.J.) went 5-for-8 with four runs batted in and three doubles in the two wins. Freshman pitcher Alex Kelly (East Meadow, N.Y.) went seven innings in the opener for a complete-game victory (9-5) and earned her first save with a scoreless final frame in the nightcap.
