Lindsay Shorey Johnston led Salve Regina to three conference championships and three NCAA appearances (2009, 2011, 2012). She was an offensive and defensive force for the Seahawks while earning all-conference accolades all four seasons including the Commonwealth Coast Conference Rookie of the Year. Even after missing half her junior year with a broken collar bone, Shorey amassed 1,329 points and graduated fifth on the all-time scoring list. Denying other would-be scorers was her trademark. Shorey set Salve Regina records for blocked shots in a single game (14), single season (117 in 2011-12), and career (313). The Seahawk center finished ninth in nation in blocked shots per game as a senior (4.3 bpg).
